I'm not sure there is the bandwidth to sync information with the email address. Thankfully they also just email you a PDF when you use their platform - good ole fashioned printing. I'm sure if you use the barcode in the email you can avoid the whole printing thing.

This app is useless, it also has a staff that apparently doesn’t care to rectify the situation as all the comments below state the same issue.

Downloaded and signed into the app expecting to see the tickets I just purchased, but it says no data is there. Seems like everyone is having this problem. I hope my tickets are still good.

Once logged in, it says “Error: No data found” and it seems like many others are having this problem as well. Why promote an app that doesn’t even do what it’s supposed to do? Very upsetting.

When trying to login , if you click on the email box the page over scrolls to the bottom , preventing you seeing what you entered into your email

Logged in using my login info. Shows no data and tells me to press checkbox to move on. The problem is there is no checkbox. Pointless and useless app. Hope no one got payed for creating this app. If so he/she should give the money back.

This app is useless. Don’t even waste your time with it. You won’t be able to see you tickets with it.
Can’t push tickets to Wallet
