This app is a joke, for one it crashes every single time I click the “new mobile” button, then if i try and log in to my account it will ask me security questions which I don’t even have set. Then when I go on the computer and reset the questions to match, shocker it still doesn’t work

Two years behind the competition

Security Service offers some of the most robust and competitive financial services available, however they continually fail on the technology and self service side of those offerings. I’m afraid if they don’t catch up, the digital natives will go elsewhere. Good examples of how this app fails to deliver is the complete absence of statements and a very poor bill pay capabilities. For statements you have to login online. For transfers between banks you need to go fill out a form in a branch.

I keep getting a bad request message

Every time I try to either just look at my recent transactions or transfer money to another account I get an error message saying bad request, I would love for you to get back and fix this because the app is useless right now and I still have to use the browser
SSFCU Mobile App Not as Functional as Website

If you just want to check your balances and move around funds within SSFCU accounts, this app works fine. However, the app does not allow you to move funds between your SSFCU accounts and your external (non-SSFCU) accounts. The SSFCU website does have that functionality. As far as I am concerned, the SSFCU app is not ready for prime time.
Cannot log into my account

When I updated to iOS 12, the app stopped working. I verified my Face ID and then it just loads and loads. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, but alas it didn’t fix the issue. I can still preview my account, but cannot log in.
Worst banking app

The available balance is never correct first of all. And then when i try to sign out and log in to my Desktop it always says I’m logged into mobile and won’t allow me access. I might just stick back to pen and paper to balance my checking at this point
