Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Appeared to work streaming from my iPad, so I downloaded it to my iPhone to monitor but it said my trial had ended so I needed a subscription. I decided to give it a shot for the $1.99 monthly rate since it said I could cancel by going to settings before auto renewal, but after subscribing, I could never get it to work on either of 2 iPhones, and even though the 3 devices are all using the same iTunes account, two of them still say my free trial is over and I need to subscribe. Needless to say, I’ll be deleting it.

If I go to another app on the phone I am “monitoring” with, when I return to the app, it’s blacked out. I’ve tried backing out and resubmitting the code, I’ve tried closing the app and reopening it. Nothing but black. The code is still valid, but unless I move or bump the OTHER phone I use as a camera, nothing but blackness. Feel free to promptly refund my money.

It works when I initially connect to the phone but when I back out of the app and try to reconnect, it’s just a black screen. I want to keep this running in the background and check the camera whenever I want. I have no use for it if I have to keep the app running all day. Hence the 3*’s! Fix this problem and I’ll give it 5.

I installed the app, then tried to use it???. No instructions whatsoever! Got it working... for 60sec?? then it says free trial over! You have to pay to use it!!! It says free... for all of 60sec??? It’s gone!
Trial period is 2 min of work, seriously?

I downloaded this “free” app on my iPhone and iPad, and before I could even test if it works for MY NEEDS, after a couple of minutes (if not less), it stopped working and asked for a subscription. Seriously??

This app only works 50% of the time, and even then it only works for about 15-20 min. I downloaded it on my phone and my wife’s phone and paid for an unlimited membership. Does not work correctly. No matter if on WiFi or cell signal, it is completely unreliable. Sorry, had high hopes.

At first I was elated, so I purchased the app but it stopped working well. I cam stream and monitor from the ipad but it will not let me monitor from my phone which is the one i carry everywhere. I was just so sad.
