No connection and app support sends me to a form on a site. When I put the required info in - it tells me that my name ( which I have completed) must be more than 3 letters. How do I get support for my connection not working ?

I followed an ad from drippler that said 1500 mb and unlimited bandwidth free. I installed it and got less than 1000 and 20 minutes. Liars.
Logs?

Any VPN that keeps logs isn't secure. It tracks you. This VPN doesn't address that.......and even with no logging short sessions are worthless.

I am subscribe to the annual subscription. However, I could not get into the customer service after I have trouble connecting more device. Especially the guidance in the website is not working. I really need this to be working on my phone. But if there is no response within this week. I am going to cancel. Thank you
