Unless your security system works with Bluetooth, this app won't work for you. The setup instructions have you turn on all BlueTooth discoverable devices, which of course most garage door openers aren't. Skip this one.

Once you purchase the securemote interface the system connects to your garage door opener in a few minute and then works with out a flaw. My wife and I are both using iPhones and neither one of us are having an issue with it. Next I want to get the kids iTouch on the system so that they can come home and I'll revive the audit trails on there arrival. It's about time someone came out with a device that works like this one.

I bought the device from first watch security, hooked the device to my garage door opener, downloaded the app, and my smartphone opens my garage door! AND, I can send a digital key to my garage to anyone I want! No more taking time off work to let the cleaners in! Love it!

Easy to use, and for those of you saying it doesn't work, you need to install the HARDWARE. And you don't need any security system with Bluetooth. You install the hardware, activate Bluetooth on your phone, and viola.

Love the concept. Bought it. Installed it. Works great in the house. The only problem is when you are coming home. You need to go back into settings locate the device. Connect. Get out of settings and then hit the app. Customer service so kindly tells me that it is an issue with apple and the iPhone. So fix it or don't promote the iPhone with this product.
