Definitely enjoying this application works wonders

Takes too long to launch

SistaAct06

I use this app when I go to work because I use the company’s unsecured network. For about a month, I’m able to login to the company’s network, but the app shows that I don’t have a subscription. I am billed for my subscription fee monthly. It takes about an hour for the app to secure my connection. Now I’m getting more spam because I’m unsecured for about an hour. Why does the app show that I need to subscribe when I pay monthly?

Up and Down

When u use app limits things on your phone. Backing up, software updates etc. will say it’s securing your Wi-Fi then Wi-Fi logo will disappear and say LTE. So I will go to FB messenger which is Wi-Fi only and won’t come up...this app loses Wi-Fi connection constantly.

App works well most of the time.

I really love this application. It really helps me to feel safe when I do banking or other Internet browsing while I am at a coffee house or somewhere where the Wi-Fi is on secured. The one issue I have with it it was occasionally it disconnects and re-connects and disconnect and reconnects multiple times when I’ve never disconnected from the Wi-Fi. Additionally on some networks, like the WiFi at my gym or Starbucks, it won’t take me to their login screen despite the app prompting me to login with them. Instead what the app does is attempt to take me to apple’s homepage so I never login to the network meaning that I don’t get to use the WiFi.

Not impressed

Another poor performance App designed by Sprint. It’s sad to say but I would recommend that people avoid until designer does some fine-tuning.

There are many better VPN apps on the market.

Does not work on iPad Pro 11

Gearslam

This VPN will not connect on iPad Pro 11 running ios 12.3.1. Android version works great. Update... If you turn off Sprint Secure Wi-Fi then use OpenVPN, Re-enabeling Sprint Secure Wi-Fi will result in no connection until you reboot ipad.
