The app crashed while viewing a picture and now it's stuck on that pic. Please update the app so it can refresh since I'm not the only user who experienced this problem.

Worthless support after purchase! If you need password reset might as well delete app because they are impossible to contact. Any problem delete app and buy something not associated with these criminals!

As stated above, no support at all. What's with sending us to a twitter page that "doesn't exist"? Unfortunately for me I have important pics I can't get to because I can't get in & need a password change & deleting the app will cost me them all!!
It would be better to have an email address

I accidentally deleted the app. Does that mean that I lost all of my images? There were over 1,000 stored and I would love to regain access. But there is no support to help or answer questions. Lame.

Can't even add images to the folders, crashes as soon as you access the photo library.
