I get the scan feature only works with embossed cards...but I’m not seeing an option to take my own photo and use it, like the competitor apps offer? Am I missing something?

All I want is an app that will upload my cc numbers in a safe place in case I lose them or my house burns down. I would prefer to scan them rather than enter them manually to ensure no numbers are flipped. I’m not looking for debt management. I’m not looking for any bells and whistles. I just want to store my card numbers for easy access over multiple devices in a safe environment This app started out promising It scans my store credit cards which Apple wallet and Google pay will not scan with one caveat. It can only read old school raised numbers which are being phased out. I’m glad I didn’t pay for premium. I would have if it worked.

Would not let me subscribe at all on my iPad so subscribed on my Android to 6 months? 6 months was not an option on the IOS. If u want people to pay for this, fix your cross platform pay, other apps do. Also as other’s have pointed out, cannot scan newer cards. It'll suffice for awhile but I would not recommend it.

App works well on traditional credit cards that have the numbers on the front. Newer style cards with the numbers on the back are not recognized by the camera and won’t scan in. Furthermore, the camera can not be activated to take a photo of the card manually. There is never a response from the support team that I question if it even exists. For these reasons I have terminated my yearly subscription. Too bad because there are not many apps that do what this app does.

I and preciously rated you highly here but now I have the following concerns. 1) one of your updates lost all my credit card data, but I just reentered it but it did give me pause; 2) now the additional data I add to my cards like phone numbers or websites cannot be found just moments after entry; 3) I’m unable to backup my information to any of the sites you list as available as there are no instructions that I can find and I don’t feel comfortable without knowing how it would work since links were apparently lost last time; 4) I looked at your app support section but it seems to only contain a nice advertisement about all the other services you offer and no support information that I can find. 5) I really love the concept and promise your service implies but I’m not feel now that it’s all you say it is; 6) finally I paid for the entire year for your services but unless things change or improve I’m not feeling as if I can continue my involvement with your service as I’m losing confidence over here. I sincerely hope to hear from you about my concerns. I’ve invested time, money, and effort and don’t really wanna leave. Respectfully An increasingly concerned costumer. ?
