I have been using this app for 2 years. And I have more then 1000 of pic and videos in it. But now there is a problem. And that is I can not update it!! and it does not let me to open the app to see my pic. Anyhow I tried Apple Store to help me but they said they can not. It is not on their hand. I have been trying to contact the seller but there is absolutely no information about the seller. I really really need help to get back my pictures. If anyone can help me please!!!!! I would appreciate your help.
