- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

I was charged $74.99 for this app that I’ve never used, installed or signed up for. I’ve tried for 2 weeks to find the appropriate customer service agent for a refund and keep getting the run around; it’s so frustrating! I have no idea what the app is but as a company they seem horrible.
