This all is a complete sham. We were old users and lost ALL of our information without any notification. It is not free and this company can’t be trusted.

Don’t risk it—hidden costs, lost data, changing policies

I had an earlier version of this app that was free. They changed name—likely from many bad reviews—and the old version no longer available in the store. There was no communication about this. When I updated my phone, I lost all my data and cannot recover it. This new version you have to pay $144.00 a year for it to work, but who says they won’t change it again. Apps with this company are a big risk and expensive. There are so many other comparable apps that are free or cheaper. It makes no sense to pay this much for an app with a company that pulls its apps without communication and charges much, much more than competitors.

This app was good. Now it has made a new update an my phone can’t download the new version.. leaving me locked out of all my personal information...think last around December January, something happen like this ..how u guys fix it bey. A brotha need his information

Purchased this app two years ago and they just changed the name and started charging $6 per month. Would of considered a smaller payment had they gave me notice that the were shutting down the old app. End result, I lost all my documents.

Really wish I could get a hold of customer service

Got a new phone. The app say its having trouble accessing my subscription. Try again later. I have googled everything I can think of to try to get in touch with someone. The app support button just takes you to their privacy policy. I don’t really know what else to do

Everything works great except trying to put in high definition videos over 5 minutes long. It will freeze then crash every time. Which is a huge issue because most of my stored videos will be over that length. I’m afraid if this isn’t fixed I’ll be looking for a new app. Developers, please fix this. I have the iPhone XS Max that may be a factor I’m not sure.
