Terms: You may not use the service for sending prank texts, fake texts, threatening texts or spoof texts. We privately store your conversation logs and IP address just in case you break these terms. If you do so, your device will be banned and your identity might be revealed to the relevant authorities. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

- Second Texting Number offers an optional subscription which allows users to customize their new texting number and send & receive photos. The optional monthly membership is $8.99 for the monthly plan, $24.99 for the quarterly plan, and $47.99 for the biannual plan.
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
