Why can’t I get rid of 1 phone number?

I initially signed up with a number but found another one that would fit my business better. However, I can’t get these guys to a erase the previous number that I added and it still shows up. I sure hope I’m not getting charged double for that number. I’ve asked them to delete it/remove it multiple times, even attempted myself. But, they can’t seem to get their act together and actually remove it. What gives?

Ives had the App for over a Year paying 8.99 a Week ! Accumulated over 56500 Cr. And all of the sudden I tried opening the App and it was requiring me to Renew subscription even though I’ve PAID over $300 in weekly and Quarterly charges, Ridiculous !! This is so Upsetting as I live Overseas and have given out this number to the VA, SSI, Banks and other financial institution. I’m so upset. I hope that these developers will reach out to me to help me regain my number that I’ve had and NOT LOOSE my old number ! I’m so Sad I can’t even think. Please Contact me Support!! ??????????!!
