i cant say worse things about this app. I tried using it for Billie Eilish tickets, and my order kept getting rejected. I tried purchasing different tickets and only to be rejected again. Save your time and order from stub hub or ticket master

Took advantage of the coronavirus pandemic to screw people over with events they could no longer attend. Somehow this is the only ticketing service on the planet that refuses to refund people for postponed events.

If it wasn't for his perseverance and helpfulness, myself and 3 friends almost weren't able to see a concert I had bought tickets for in December. The app itself is a bit faulty and the whole concept of relying on a random person to deliver your tickets on time and without them being fake is sketchy. I don't think I'll be using this app again, but I really am thankful for the amazing customer service I did receive.

Seat Geek charged me over $40 in fees for Hockey tickets just to send me to Ticketmaster and install their app make an account and get my tickets through them. Seat Geek did nothing but redirect me to Ticketmaster and charged me $40. Next time I’ll just buy my tickets straight from Ticketmaster. Deleting this app won’t ever use their services again.
Show rescheduled with no date no refund

Ordered tickets for a concert for Las Vegas that I am going to. Assuming due to the coronavirus the show was “rescheduled” with no rescheduled date. I bought the tickets 4 days prior and contacted seat geek and they said the sale was final and I could resell the tickets to recoup the money. How can I resell tickets that have no reschedule date? I cannot go to whatever reschedule date it is since I live across the country and was since going to only be there for 3 days. Never have I experienced such a lack of understanding from a company, basically just over $300 out the window. They said they would look into it and emailed me back 3 days later and basically told me it’s a strict policy and they would do nothing about it. Worst experience with customer service I’ve ever had and will absolutely never use this company again, and urge others to not use this site either. If I could do negative stars I would.

If you purchase tickets especially for FC Cincinnati. the game doesn’t happen on the date scheduled. You don’t get refunded. FC Cincinnati And Seat geek I hope you go under!

This app aloud access to my spotify and got me hacked from multiple different country’s.... I would never recommend this app to anyone.
