This app is horrendous

Love sears and Kmart, but you have to restart this app literally more than every 60 seconds just to get it to do something different from what you were doing. ie shop, cart, member services, etc. And other times it just freezes for hours and nothing will work.

Loads slowly. It also clears out of what you are looking at if you click on say a text and go right back to it.

Cart may or may not load when going through PayPal (normally does not). Order history typically states something is wrong and try again later. Special offer Terms and Conditions are not the COMPLETE terms and conditions. Best just to use the website since most real stores are closed or don’t carry everything they have on line.

This app is unstable. It doesn’t hold the page; it won’t permit corrections to the cart; it won’t add additional items to the cart; it’s random and unpredictable. I stuck with it but ended up purchasing only 2 items instead of the five I wanted.
