Whenever I go to the a-z part of the app it always freezes no matter what species I look up.

This looks like an idea for a future App. Or an info commercial for their website. Even though I was on their app, it kept asking me to download the App. Waste of space!

Love your mission but not your app. On my iPhone the guides were too small to read. The guides were not expandable to make them easier to read as well.

If I type salmon into the search bar, lake trout comes up as the only option (because it is sometimes called salmon trout). If I want salmon for dinner, I would like to see the different types of salmon and at a glance be able to determine which species is most sustainable, or if I should consider another type of fish. I then added the word sockeye to help guide the app (so my search term was "salmon sockeye") and a bunch of non-fish species showed up in the results. This makes this app nearly unusable. I do not have time (or patience!) to type in "sockeye salmon," "coho salmon," and other types of salmon, then remember the results for each. If the app more closely resembled the paper version of the Seafood Watch, it would be much easier to use (a list of good, not good, and bad choices). Thanks for considering our feedback to improve the app!

Long intro video on startup that makes the app inconvenient. Constant crashes make it unusable. Had to delete it.

Try asking your local grocer how and where their fish was caught. Then prepare yourself for a blank stare or gales of laughter. This app requires deeper knowledge than most people have access to. Plus, it offers the choice of location awareness "always" or "never". How about "when using the app"? Way too much agenda here and not enough useful information.

I agree with others who say this app is not for us laypeople. I just wanna know what brand of canned tuna to buy at the store, but the app is useless unless you know exactly where and how they were caught, which they don't put on the labels. I wish they would expand the information provided so that more people could use it for more decisions. If that means I'd have to pay for the app, that's okay, I wouldn't mind forking over a few bucks for it.
