Great Time Waster

This game is very funny and very easy to get addicted to. Done by Ron Gilbert who is practically a professional pc game comedian :-) I like to play it while listening to online lectures and visiting family, because it's easy to play and listen actively or hold a conversation at the same time. Works on older iOS too. Thanks so much for this.

Every now and then I come across a game that will hold my attention for an hour or two before it is either forgotten or deleted. It is very rare for me to find a game that is so much fun I can't put it down for days on end. This games originality makes me want to keep playing just one more round before stopping. I enjoy its light humor, interesting characters and wonderful graphics very much. Scurvy Scallywags totally reinvents the match multiple items in-a-row type game. There are fun power-ups as well as a silly story to follow and stats to build. If you're looking for something familiar with a completely new twist, give this one a try.
The Best Match 3 Game

I enjoy match 3 games and have played quite a few over the years. This one holds my attention longer than most because it has an entertaining story line. This game has just enough challenge to keep me interested without frustrating me (too much). It's a very enjoyable way to pass the time.

Didn't expect to enjoy it, but I do!! Showed it to my hubby and he plays it too! I love the quests and skills and ship building! All great features! I love the treasure bonus levels. Some of the regular levels can get monotonous but they definitely are challenging! My only suggestion would be to add more different kinds of levels! Could even be a different kind of puzzle game. But I love the pirate theme and love the game!

This game is just different enough from other match three games to be interesting instead go dull. The graphics are well done and game play is just complex enough to hold one's attention. If I have any complaint it would be a minor one: that the game cannot be players in landscape mode.

Bought this iPhone app because I love the Monkey Island games by Ron Gilbert. This game, though obviously very different, did not disappoint. Still so fun to come back to and very entertaining.
Monotonous But addicting

What I cannot figure out is why only sometimes icloud or gamecenter gives me a choice of 2 different level pirates? I have to start from scratch 99.98% of the time and I play daily! I will get up to level 12-13 per game and die bc not enough gold to stay alive, which then I start from level 1! I hope someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong! And then at maybe 10PM I might turn it on and a level 4 and a level 12 pirate pop up and I can choose which one, BUT this ONLY happened 2-3 times since I started playing a few months ago. VERY VERY FRUSTRATING THAT IM ABOUT TO QUIT, :(
