This is horrible and totally misleading! My child came home from school excited about a program they were using called scratch. This is not it. It's just a tutorial. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought it.
Thought it was a version of Scratch for IOS devices

This app is the worst! I enjoy playing around with scratch on the computer, and i thought this would help me. It didn't. It's $1(US) for nothing! Total scam! If you want a free tutorial, GO TO YOUTUBE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
