Great update but....

This is much better than scoutify 1. That being said, it would be helpful if stayed logged in to seller central. Having to log in each time I use it is annoying. The search feature is not working with mine either. If it won’t scan, I have to use another app to find the product. Fix those and this would be leaps ahead of everything else.

The new interface is great but the numbers it automatically puts in aren’t always the buy box so if you trust it you buy something that you can’t make any money on. The search bar is flawed and says error if your search contains a period such as “3.4 oz”. Needs a lot of fixing before it can be trusted to make you money.

Great features but nothing but issues

I love the features integrated into this app. I was very excited when I first use the app and it worked seamlessly. With that being said I have had nothing but issues after my first day of using this app. It always airs out and says server unavailable. I am now trying to re-download the app now and try to use it since they are forcing us to go on the first to the new app from the old one. I am very scared but thought this review was very helpful and I hope they get all the issues fix or I may possibly have to look for another company.

Not working efficiently

Any search that I do takes a very long time to show results. I’m unable to use this to source products because of this issue. I’m using it on an IPhone 6.

Search takes forever now

With the latest update of this app, the app is almost unusable now. It takes me on an iPhone 7 10-20 seconds to search for an item, where it used to take me 2-4 seconds. I checked with my friend who also has IL on his iPhone 10, and it also takes 10-20 seconds on his phone after updating. This is lousy and impractical to use now in a store. This needs to be fixed immediately.

Downloaded the app to improve my business, can’t even get passed the login screen. How do you create an account? No option and if I put in an email and password (thinking it creates an account for first time login) nothing happens. Shame. Now I won’t be successful with my business.

This app is not free & requires a paid subscription to InventoryLab ($49/month, $480/year!) online in order to sign in & use! I thought there were app store rules against listing an app without disclosing it as a subscription/pay for use item.
