Why does it take so long to see credit card updates on this app it really need to be much more current when you open the app.also need Touch ID and the opening of the app takes too long

Demasiado lenta... No guarda la contraseña, las notificaciones nunca funcionan, siempre hay que elegir el pais antes de poder acceder a la aplicación.... no me gusta para nada. No tiene touch id.

I used to like this app. Not sure what happened, but for the past few weeks it’s almost impossible to even log in. Also loved the alerts that you recently started. But they don’t work any longer. Still get the EMAIL alerts - but nothing on the app. Again - it worked great until a few weeks ago. Please fix it. Thanks.

I’ve been using this app for 2 weeks now and I can simply say it’s the best yet I’ve came across. The app introduces real time notifications anytime you use your bank card to make purchases, this is an safety option in an likely event someone stole your card, you will get two notifications one from the app itself and one forward to your email. There’s so many more, so try it out today.

THIS app needs an upgrade * Cant log in without password. Hello Face ID? Touch ID? *In my town we only have 1 bank branch; and 2-3 ATM COME ON! you guys need to upgrade de app we can’t visit the only bank you have each time we need to transfer money. Yo can do better!

This app is really lagging behind. We need more integration of the following features such as touch I'd, face Id, Apple pay etc. The app is also not fully optimized for the iPhone X, Xs and Xs Max. We should not be waiting six months for an update Scotiabank.

This app, when it goes in to time out, I can’t click on the “yes” or “no” to resume or sign back in, I have to force close the app to sign back in.

A lot of person is this app as well as me. It’s been almost a year since this app was updated. Scotia please find a developer to update the app so it’s faster Touch/ face ID integration, performance mostly and ability to do transfer to other bank. App needs a facelift too. Y’all prolly don’t update it cuz there’s no feedbacks in a while. But lots of us use it. Please update the app.
