Can't see my subscription details

App would not allow me to see details of my subscriptions so I could find out why previous issues were available to me, but the current one was not! Why not?

Good app, needs improvement

The app is very good, but it needs improvements offered in other digital reader apps. Highlighting in different colors and writing notes is missing.

I can now adjust the font size which had been a concern for me because of poor eyesight. Have enjoyed the magazine for several years and have not been disappointed in the articles.

Love to use this as a resource in college classes.

I have subscribed to the print edition for many years. The digital edition is great because you can change the font size. Wonderful for older eyes. Same terrific content. Now I can go back to reading it cover to cover.

I don't receive a response to emails asking for help with prior editions. Spent a long time talking to telephone support, still no luck obtaining access to prior editions. My subscription is paid up till 2019, what a waste of money.

I subscribed believing I had access to past issues. Now i don't. I've sent in a message through their contact us and have not heard anything back. Disappointed

I paid for the subscription, that includes past issues, but only latest issue is available.
