I wish they were packaged in different colors for different variations. I open my freezer all I see is red and white bags. This makes it frustrating when looking for a item and I have to pull everything out of the freezer to find the correct bag.

This review is strictly about the app itself. Not your service or your food which is actually pretty great. Please invest some time into making a quality app? This is just a wrapper for your website and it functions poorly. There are times when I attempt to add things to my cart and it does not work. By contrast, I open Safari and place my order quickly. I realize this is not where you may wish to invest your dollars but this is the future of the supply chain process. Meaning if I cannot order the food via the app you will have less customers due to the perception of the quality of the app, as it is customer facing, reflecting on the quality of the business overall. If you prefer not to invest in the app, then consider removing the app from the storefronts. No presence is better than poor presence.

I received my first order 10/14/2020. My first shipment was a train wreck! Box of chicken box pies was open, the pies were safe and each not open. Ordered 1 Turkey and veggies it was split on the box. Bag of peppers and onions ! Bag busted open an everything was on in the bottom of box!!! I reported it. I must call to costumer service.

I had high hopes for doing business with you. Alas, I made several orders, only to find out you cancelled many items AFTER confirming you had them at the time of my order. I never would have squandered my first-order discount for 3 or 4 items. By the time you finally shipped my food, weeks later, you had run out. It was only after you shipped that I found that out. Besides that, your frozen fudge pops are terribly low on flavor. Are you sure they’re chocolate? Whole experience was very disappointing. Each of the three times I tried to order. Mojo

What is going in with Schwans? I have been a loyal customer for years. Now suddenly, over the last couple of months, almost every item is temporarily out of stock. I have not received any of my orders. Is Schwans no longer delivering to Montana? I received notification that shipping will now be done via UPS and I have tried to use the temporary coupon code, but still nothing has been delivered.

I’ve been using this app forever and it’s always worked great but suddenly a couple of weeks ago it stopped allowing me to login. It gives me some message unable to log in at this time, please try again later. Only it’s been about two weeks now and it still isn’t working! I need to do my order for next month soon, please fix this! Updated Review 11/1/20 I finally got ahold of someone to do my order for this month and I found out some bad news- our local warehouse has been shut down permanently due to Covid 19 and that’s why my app & website ordering has been disabled for the past month! ? the person I spoke with on the phone was able to take my order, however, for mail delivery so that brings the question- why not adapt the app and website to be able to process Mail deliveries also? Otherwise, they’re pretty much worthless at this point. Also, why did it take me a month to find out why I wasn’t able to order anymore? Perhaps post something on your webpage saying if your unable to order at this time it’s possible your warehouse has closed due to Covid 19?we’re sorry but hope to maintain u as a customer, u do still have purchase options available. Call 1-888-Schwan’s to research other options. Thank you. Just a thought!

I was a long time customer, since my kids were young, they are now in their 30’s. I’ve seen the sizes, quality , customer service go down and the prices go up.Lately Half the time I order and they don’t come. Or I don’t get the products I order. AND our driver is rude! He acts like doing his job is an inconvenience! My orders are usually $100 or more. I order a lot of Pizza for movie nights or sports games. I haven’t ordered in about 9 months because of Schwans change in attitude / service and products


App needs work

App required going back to the home page before adding a second item to my cart. It was unusable unless you only wanted to order one thing. Had to switch back to the website. PLEASE CORRECT THIS!!!!!
