I recently called to simply speak with an advisor about my account. This appointment was made by an earlier call to set the appointment. I was asked to provide my start work date month and year. I mentioned the wrong month. My problem with this is that I was looking at my resume to access the first call. I had not had it available for when the advisor returned my call. This should have not been a redundant question to simply discuss different plans. I was unable to discuss anything with your advisor. Not a happy client Robert Liddle 727-318-9443

Since transferring my 401k, Roth and other contributions to Schwab it has been tasking. Just like you have to talk with someone different for each acct (understandably) a separate app is needed. You don’t know this until know it. I now have three Schwab apps. I discovered each when seeking more information about an acct. would like a seamless app that complies with regulatory separation requirements if possible...

I know this is not the same as looking up your data on your desktop on their website but still this app could be more helpful. I’m not going to complain about various minute things but one thing stands out - when they state your balances it should say right there as of what date and what time. You don’t know if you’re looking at your previous day balances or the current day after the bell.

I would like options like index funds with better performance and lower fees. I reject limited choices that make more money for the institution then the investor.

Note there are multiple Schwab apps. You will need to determine which one is applicable to your account and download that app. to access your account.

Need to improve usability and story telling. The UI is not very intuitive. Provide a better logical navigation scheme, present content with more distinction, color outside the box some instead of just falling into the same ole garbage. You guys make billions, it’s clear that your app dev budget is paltry.
