It keeps losing my password for finger print ID and then locks me out. I have to keep calling to reset. What a waste of time. Update. It did it again! Locked me out. For some unknown reason the fingerprint ID stops working. When you try to turn back on you need to put in you user ID and Password. I do it and it does not recognize even though I am using the same one I was using to login when finger I’d failed!! It is also the same as my PC login!! I am moving my accounts to another company as I cannot trust them with the security of my account.
Not optimized for banking

While I may not be the primary user type for this app it merely provides the most basic of banking functionality for its high yield investor checking account. Still not updated for iPhone X. It hides most of your account number and doesn’t display routing at all. The overall UX leaves much to be desired, especially compared to modern online banks. If it weren’t for the great perks with the debit card for international travel I’d be banking elsewhere.

I signed up for Schwab many years ago, because they were a leader in electronic banking. Now, they are one of the only major banks to NOT offer a convenient electronic money transfer method. If you try to transfer money to a friend through the features available in-app, Schwab will literally print and mail them a paper check from your account. What is this, 2005?

Two big features are needed: - iPhone X Support - Integration of the Intelligent Portfolios platform so there is only one app!
Bill pay broken on last update. Support nonexistent.

This last update broke bill pay. Field entries often don’t stick or end up in other fields. Never had this issue until this last update. Support simply doesn’t exist. As with other reviews, it seems no one at Schwab cares whether the mobile app works or not. And no easy way to even report bugs. Pretty poor attitude.

So I have great confidence in the technology . Only rarely are the Schwab servers unavailable to me , and that may be due to ISP overload when I am abroad . My rating would be 4.5 of 5 not 4 if I could - in other words a 9 of 10 . Good work Schwab !
Doesn't work when you need it....

Multiple times I have tried to place an order (using wifi & cellular) and the app tells me the "service is unavailable ". Very frustrating, not to mention it is costing me money. Might be time to looked for another broker with better mobile applications.
