The Idea behind this exercise
-------------------------
Our eyes have their clearest vision in the central zone of view. Everything that lies outside this central zone is seen as foggy. A wider field of vision makes the searching process shorter. It is possible to widen our vision field by using "Schultz tables".
Instruction
---------
1. Look at the center of the table. Try to see all the numbers by using your peripheral vision, without your eyes leaving the center area of the table.
2. Find and press 1, then 2, then 3 and up to 25.
3. As fast as you can.
Warning.
-------
When you finish reading a table, keep your eyes slightly off, or close your eyes, or take some eye exercises. Do not get your eyes too tired!!!

Lacks iphone 5 support, but it is not for prettiness, but for function
The goal of using a Schultz Table is primarily to train oneself to become more aware of, and to expand the [peripheral] field of vision. Even though the app is restricted to the physical bounds of an iOS device, it is great for practicing and enhancing not only peripheral vision, but also hand/eye coordination, mental dexterity, focus, "speed reading", pattern recognition and memory. Simple, clean, comprehensible interface. It's fun to use. The letter, number, and color combinations make it very challenging & fun. I enjoy trying to beat my daily times with the different settings. My brain gets more out of this app than all of what Luminosity has to offer (shhhhh!) GREAT JOB!
This game is pretty good and I like it a lot but I think it just needs milliseconds for the timer.
