Don’t understand why they need to charge a convenience charge every time I load money. It is nice to add money however they can easily set up Apple Pay or PayPal etc or other method to avoid this ridiculous fee every time we load a new amount. That’s practically the price of a meal or a water bottle. I never got a cash option or I would pay cash to avoid the fee.

Honestly why should I be charged to give money to my kid? This is another way to rip people off. Ok, I paid 4.5% of the money input into her account as a fee. I’m so angry every time.

Great app but the only downfall is that it only allows you to automatically add funds if it runs below a specified amount threshold. It would be great if you were allowed to automatically add funds on specific days (like pay day) instead of just when the amount hits a threshold. If that changes then I’ll give it 5 stars.
