AI players always seem to get 31, or discard what other AI players need.

The game is great. It's a good pass time. However there are two things I would suggest. 1) please give an option to turn off vibrate, there are times where I would like to play and not disturb those around me with the buzzing sound of my phone. 2) I have always played a variation where the person who knocks has to be the highest, if any one of the other players are above the knocker then the knocker is the one to take the loss on the hand, makes for a bit more strategy instead of just banking on any one person being lower than you.
