This app's OCR function is utterly useless. I scanned well-lit printed material in both serif and sans serif typefaces, and this app produced gibberish text every test I ran. Utter garbage. It is also substantially slower than other OCR apps I've tested on my iPad. An app that does nothing but turn JPGs into PDFs is *not* an OCR app. Although it is "free", this app cost me a wasted half-hour of testing. Every user action in this "free" app throws a splash-screen ad — some with audio. I'd spend the $2 to lose the ads if this sorry app actually produced anything useful, but it's apparent the developer has sold himself to the advertisers and does not care about the users. One star is far too generous. Get the Readdle scanner app instead. It's no world-beater, but it beats this junk. UPDATE: This review thread has obviously been astroturfed. Flooded with five-star reviews that say nothing. Developer has many accomplices.
