I was charge before the free trial was over. I don’t want to use the app, I want my money back.

The app is not working for me and also I didn’t mean the subscribe it. Can you please refund back to me? Thank you.

I accidentally bought a 39.99 dollar subscription immediately after opening the app, just because my thumb happened to be on the touch ID.

Do not use! They will automatically sign you up for a YEAR long subscription at $43 dollars and you will have no idea until you’re charged. (In fairness, it must at some point ask for consent to upgrade, but this app bombards the user with pop ups so constantly that you will never notice then you’ll be hit with a huge charge. Avoid this app like the plague.)

I downloaded the app to try it out. Then I noticed that I was charged $40 for a year long subscription that I tried to dispute immediately. The only customer service available was via email. I have yet to get a response regarding the matter and it’s been a week.

It says “Free App” but it tells you that it will charge you $40 after 3 days. It should say $40/year not free.

I had purchased this app initially to help with my new small business. As soon as I tried to “scan” my first photo, not only did the application take the photo prematurely, every single photo came out unusable. I deleted the app right away and canceled my subscription. It did not matter because, I was still charged the $39.99 for using the app once for a total of 5 minutes. DO NOT download unless you intend on paying for the year. They do not respect their “free trial period.” Worst app experience ever. I emailed and disputed the charge as soon as I realized they fraudulently charged my account and as soon as I sent a detailed message, they denied immediately. It did not take more than a second to see the, “Unfortunately, your request does not meet....”
