Get it together, Bonnier Corp. The problems with the Saveur magazine app are reminiscent of problems I experienced with other magazine apps, a DECADE AGO. I am a print subscriber who had access to digital versions until today. Now, my library has disappeared and I’ve been unsuccessful restoring purchases. And, by the way, what’s the benefit of having a separate subscription for Saveur.com? 1/28/20 UPDATE: My issue has been resolved. Adding a star to my review for the prompt response email with clear instructions. But seriously Zinio and Bonnier Corp. your digital and online presence needs work.

Despite logging in multiple times and verifying all of my account information, no issues ever become available for download. After having been a subscriber for so many years, this continues to be one of the worst digital experiences.

Tried contacting Customer Service- hopefully they will respond and refund my money or mail me what I’ve ordered. Really disappointed!!!

I just activated the digital version of my subscription, downloaded an issue and cannot for the life of me get back to the main screen of the app. What is the problem that has not been resolved some Dec 2017?? I adore this magazine and have subscribed for 22 years. But this app is goofy.

Saveur, please listen to your customers! When you are in the current issue, you can’t see the previous issues. The inly way to get the view with all the issues is to delete the app and download again. Hopefully you will fix this soon or else I may have to stop subscribing.

Following the instructions, I created an account using my print subscription information and it still wants me to purchase the digital version of the magazine. Tried it multiple times, same result.

This app is to be avoided at ALL costs and for heaven’s sake DON’T leave annual subscription on in iTunes...! Tech support is unhelpful (and that is kind). I am deleting this and cancelling my subscription.
