I just downloaded the app, and when I try to sign in the screen just blacks out. I tried rebooting the app and my phone but the app doesn’t seem to work

I was never able to use this app. I created an account and while trying to log in I got an error message. If I was able to sign in the app crashed immediately.

I have an iPhone 8+ and the app says it should’ve worked on my device. However, I can’t even sign in. I open it, it freezes, then it crashes. They haven’t had an update in over a year, so I hope they get on that soon..
