Great as a starting point. Did not see the full app to see if it expands info and topics.

I just barely got it and it's pestering me to write a review. It seems to work well, I have not read very far yet, seems to be packed with information. Occasionally there is a word that I do not know the definition of. It would be nice if there was more than one video. multiple ways to start fires would be nice not just one. It appears to recommend a knife as the number one survival tool, but in my opinion a folding saw would be much more useful. And like I said I have not read very far yet.

We'll it's good and all but it would be better if ther was more of everything in the app.

I noticed one answer in it was incorrect. It said the first step in hunting is "bleeding" but unless I miss understood that is wrong. After shooting the animal you gut it! Or else the meat could go bad! But either then that it's a ok app. Not a whole lot of information. But good if you need to learn the basics.

For a free app it is amassing! I got the book first and I was able to compare some of the fechers. It also has some videos of knife safety. Which the book does not have. I think that you should get the app but also get the book. The book has more tips on surviving. So I think you should get both.
