AKA Frustrated
The app crashes constantly and when it gives you a warning message, you don't know what expense entry it pertains to.
Legality APP to Support Sales Claims
SAP Claims Mobile Platform
Functionality for lower level employees and management is limited to nonexistent. SAP had no interest in optimizing, improving and supporting daily users on the front end of their program. SAP claims to have an integrated "travel management and expense management...on a mobile-based platform..." Outside of the courtroom, the app has no REAL organizational value, management or not. The mobile platform app was clearly created as a sales tool.

This is the single most worthless app I have ever installed on my phone (6S). When it works, it's glitchy and slow, crashes constantly, logs me out when I do something like respond to a text message and freezes after taking a picture. I travel 3 weeks a month and have yet to complete an expense report using this app. I can't wait for my company to swap back to concur!

Apps crashes; syncing often fails; low to no app support. You'd think they'd be better at this being a top company. But, no.
