Santander provides me the best customer service. Rarely I have an issue but when I do they are courteous and professional. They’re mobile features are the best and user friendly. I have confidence and control over my money management. Oh yeah, I feel I’m in good hands regarding security too. Thank you Santander!

Santander has some beautiful people working at this bank. The Manager, Pat is always helpful when it comes to getting me back on on line banking. Debbie is always so helpful, pleasant and a real asset for the customers. Brittany is always helpful, pleasant and she has a beautiful smile and eyes. Taylor is helpful and pleasant. Diane is helpful and pleasant. This bank has a welcoming staff that is efficient, knowledgeable and very Pleasant. Thank you for having such a winning staff.

I really like that the app has a time out feature when you have been inactive for a few minutes and you can set it up to send you a text whenever ANY TYPE OF ACTIVITY goes on with your accounts. Also the back is international so for le being a college student looking to study abroad this will be super helpful?

App doesn’t work all the time

A lot of times when I’m trying to transfer money, I would go through all of the steps then when it gets to confirm the money doesn’t transfer. There’s been multiple times that I’ve thought it’s not transferring because there could be an update but no there’s no update.

Can you make your debit cards with the chip different please?! They are worth not using as a sale purchase because I am always being rejected in stores saying malfunction. Can you make bigger and not at small they might work better.
