Downloaded and can't get through the first screen . It freezes! My money better be credited back!!!

I waited for the app to load and when I clicked on the app it brought me to two pics of Santa and I clicked everywhere on the screen but it was frozen there. These people are trying to con you out of your money. Be smart read the reviews BEFORE you buy I should have.
