It doesn’t work in Iphone

When I connect with my android phone it works, but when I try to connect with my Iphone it never connects, I cannot monitor my camera with Iphone. What I can do?

Could be a great app but doesn’t seem like the support The newer versions of IOS. Please just make it work again! This is the only app I can use with the camera I have!

I tried connecting my cam and the app would never recognize the WiFi account and camera.

Very impressed with the quality of the camera for the price my mom paid. I see a potential in the app, however, it needs to be updated. It doesn’t seem to work with the new IOS update 11.3 since it doesn’t work on my mom’s phone. I tried it with my phone with an older IOS version and it worked perfectly fine! Now, i’m scared to update my phone because the app may not work anymore. So before you buy the Sannce camera, check first if the app has been recently update because chances are, it won’t work on your device either. Another good option will be the YI Dome camera, their app seemed to work a lot more better and always updated.

It took me a while ( few hours ) before making the app pairs to the cam, after that operation is smooth

I got it for Christmas so I could check in on my dogs when I have to be out and I can move it any direction and even talk to em and they can respond to me It’s good day or night and I don’t know what my nerves would be like if I couldn’t che k in on em like I do now
