Violent ads inappropriate for toddlers

Downloaded this so for my 2 year old who loves trucks. Thank goodness I checked this before letting him play. Before the ad even opened there was an ad for a violent game - lots of shooting and blood splatting on the screen. Extremely inappropriate and I will be reporting them.
