Doesn’t work properly over mobile. Keep getting relay mode. I suspect it has to do with support for IPv6 in the app.

The app is okay but why is my home very quiet but I hear sounds? My Yi home cameras and app don't give off false sounds. Also why can't I select a view area? I really learned that my $30 & $35 Yi home and dome cameras are much better than this Samsung camera even the view is clearer so I pretty much do regret buying this expensive camera. It pays to do your research before you jump and pay lots of money for cameras that aren't even that great.

WHY WOULD YOU GUYS TAKE AWAY AUTO LOGIN, ARE YOU GUYS BRAIN DEAD? This is a terrible app. ITS BEEN ALMOST 3 YEARS AND STILL NOT OPTIMIZED FOR IPHONE 8 OR IPHONE 8 PLUS!!!! Samsung needs to make this more like dropcam. Fire your developers and revamp this app please! Please can you go back to blue app icon. The new white one looks atrocious! ?????

A terrible app and not very smart camera

This app looks 10 years old and haven’t been updated. It’s very hard to use, all the buttons badly laid out. Give it a pin code and it asks you every where you go even though you haven’t left the app. It has no cloud capability. Enable it for detection then your phone will cry every few seconds without any understanding that you are home or if I don’t care then why should it care? The siren is too faint so much that Samsung call it Melody. Samsung falls too short of what I expect from them.

If you still have 2.86, do not update, 2.87 does not work with cellular network anymore, I can’t connect to watch any motion event anymore, live view is on “R” only. Only WiFi works for 2.87, so what is the point, if this update does not work when you’re on the road. Samsung should fix this problem!

Always works well for me. Wish I could view both or multiple cameras at the same time instead of having to switch between them.

Event Playback Please!

The app was working just fine but now I’m getting an error message saying cannot connect to internet when I try to watch event playback. Please provide and update that fixes this ASAP!!

It works pretty well but the design is atrocious. Don’t expect it to look good on your iPhone X and expect an ugly user interface and clunky features. Hard to use and awkward to control. But it does let me view my cameras successfully. Better off using a third party tool like security spy: this is where these cameras really excel.

Just not an easy system to use. Maybe it’s user error but I’m pretty electronic savvy. User names, passwords, WiFi, etc. too many hoops to jump through to check on the baby. Once it’s all connected it’s good. If it stays connected.

I’ve had this camera for a few years now and I’m still waiting for the update that should fix all the issues. There are too many buttons to push before it starts to load. It takes a veeeeery long time to load and many times it doesn’t load at all. It doesn’t let me erase old data to re-record. It is waaaaay worse than some much cheaper ones; I hate it!
