Drops historical data

When the app updates its terms and conditions it will reset and you will lose all your historical data. Very frustrating and a major flaw with this app.
Don’t bother ...

Don’t bother unless you enjoy imputing data and having the buggy app erase all the data... only to install it again and have the data erased again ... again .. Update to above first review... I decided to try the app again... it still failed consistently... with me having to login in every time and starting all the settings again. It did that four times... since Samsung is not capable of having a viable app for their wearables...it’s time to throw this away and buy an Apple smartwatch... I have an iPhone and should have done that to begin with. The apple app at least works and functional.
Constantly restarting.

I have had the app several months and enjoyed using it. However, during the past 2 months, my app. has restarted itself and wiped out all my stats on several occasions. It wiped out over 120,000 steps this month. Took me out of the group challenge too. It turned on Sync over wifi by itself even though I checked this morning to see that it was turned off. I am thoroughly discouraged. I have sent several error reports, but Samsung wants the report within 3 minutes if the problem. This is not always possible. Therefore I can’t recommend this app.
Won’t sync with Apple Health

I downloaded the app to participate in challenges with family who use it, but it won’t sync data with any other apps on my iPhone 6s. It has the proper permissions but fails to import data so I have to leave the app open at all times and keep my phone on my person or it doesn’t work. My brother wondered if maybe I had taken 206 steps last week over to a ditch and then died because that’s all the steps showing for me for the month. Still alive here but the app doesn’t show it.
No Apple health app syncing.

I can’t believe the app doesn’t send step and heart data collected from my galaxy watch to the Apple health app. Unusable for me until this support is added.
Not accurate step counts

I have it reading data from the apple health app, but the Samsung app doesn’t show same step count. All other pedometers do, like pacer and pedometer. I started using Samsung health to do challenges with my brother who is a Samsung user. So disappointed in this app.
