Besides the useful tips and learning, I love the gifts. It takes roughly 2min out of my day, go to an app, learn something, and gain points. I was a Galaxy S10+ winner solely from logging into app and reading 30seconds of material daily.

I like using the app and gaining knowledge on the products that I’m selling. The daily activities are definitely worth it. I’ve won an S10+ just from doing those. Would like to know though if I can be signed into my account on two different devices

Samsung Employee Purchase Program advertisements are on here and they promote deals for employees (which I thought was awesome) until I purchased 2 Galaxy S10e's and expected to get a $400 rebate back for each on March 28. Now I'm on week 10 & the e-commerce, promotions, pay/rewards, and customer care can't find out where my rebates are and I have already explained to ALL of the Samsung departments where I found this promotion and no one wants to help. When I go to contact us on Samsungepp they don't reply once you put your information in because it has been 3 weeks since I've asked for the status. I'm saying all of this because this app should NOT advertise if the company cannot back it up or provide the proper customer service to contact.

Is the app ever gonna be updated or did they just give up on it? I mean where have the contest been, where have the extra points and incentives been Samsung? Come on now is getting ridiculous, if your developers of the app can’t keep up, pay me and I’ll do it for you sheesh!
