Easy and convenient

I would give 5 stars if something were built in to keep the screen from going dark while shopping. The only cumbersome thing about this app is that you either have to set your auto lock to never while using the app, or constantly sign in and call up the app to use it as you’re shopping. Otherwise I <3 breezing by the long checkout lines!

I’ve used it 3 times and bypassed long lines at the registers. Set it up ahead of time with your payment method, etc., and it’s easy to use. The first time, the employee at the door had to get the scanner off the wall holder. Since then, as more customers have used it, the employees seem to keep the scanner much closer so I’ve had quick exits. Thanks SAMS Club!
Duplicate charge

I used the app and it said error when I checked out. However it must have went through because I was charged twice. Trying to get my money back from the duplicate charge has been a nightmare. Sam club said they don’t use email so I couldn’t email them the bank statement. I had to use mail and wait and wait and wait. I won’t use the app ever again.
