I have this working on my iPhone and I installed it on my iPad. I cannot select the region,area,zone or the number of days. THAT MAKES THIS APP USELESS ON IPAD.?

All of a sudden the app just stopped working on iPad just keep getting "network error". Tried resetting and now can't even select region.. Tried emailing support and got email address undeliverable
