ALWAYS APPROVE THIS LOCATION

Having to constantly tell it to approve and remember the location of my office is so frustrating! A few weeks ago, this feature worked fine! I wouldn’t even have to have the app open when I logged in and it would authenticate. Now every time I have to enter my code unlock the screen before clicking on this app to okay the log in attempt. It’s so frustrating! I saw where it says to just leave the authenticator open for better automation, but that didn’t help at all! Fix this!

Location Memory for Accuracy

I love the location memory portion of the app. It comes in handy and bypasses the need to constantly place sequence numbers. Not a super secure idea unless you are in a secure facility. But none the less very convenient. Hence 4 out of 5 stars.
Trusted Location doesn’t work anymore

The trusted location service is not working. It doesn’t automatically recognize the location and authenticate. Please fix.

This crap do not work. I was sent this malarkey for my job and this was nothing. I am supposed to put my personal information in here? That’s not an option. There is nothing in here to say the device I am using is work related or home related. Then, why is this app using geo-location if you are not asking for the type of device and other specific questions? Then to make matters worse, this is supposed to be connected to some software called “Salesforce” yet there is no way to connect these two entities together AND you can still log into SalesForce through your PC and/or Mobile device without an issue. So what is this supposed to be used for again? This is a waste of my time and never will I use this or recommend this to any company to use.

My company is requiring that input this app on my phone - this is my phone that I receive a small stipend from the company - and they require location and background app refresh to be turned on. I don't not have these on all the time for ANY app on my phone Bc of battery life and privacy concerns. Why can't sales force use my companies 2 factor auth tool? Is continuing to send text w a code too painful for them? Or, is this as I suspect, a massive data mining operation?
