Ive played over 100 games of this and it has serious problems. First off the game is $3 to buy, which is $3 too much. Secondly, no matter how hard you try, you will lose 75-90% of all games you play solely because you cannot make matches within the same row! (Not even 3 of a kind) 3rd is how vegas is impossible to beat because of win percentages and stack percentages. At this point, YOU should be paying US to even play this. Also if playing free and you don't like vegas, delete this game. True grit mode is vegas you just can't reset your bank.

I love this game. There is no other like it in the App Store. I finally unlocked True Grit mode. I had my phone in my hand as I went to stop my 2 year old from getting into something (as usual) and apparently my screen was unlocked so my hand must have hit true grit mode a few times because when I actually opened the app to play true grit mode I was negative and you can't reset it. I paid the $2.99 to unlock all modes...I think that should be included. Since you're still making new and updating your other apps...would you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PRETTY PLEASE UPDATE SAGE SOLITARE!!!??!!!!

After playing the game and purchasing it, I noticed that usually when I trash a card it's replaced by another one of the same value! How can this possibly be random? So I read the reviews. I'm not the first one to comment on this. I'll be deleting the game.

If you like spending more time watching ads than actually playing a game, this game is for you. The ads are seriously exhausting. I get it, ad revenue blah blah blah. But seriously? 30 second ads after EVERY deal? Sometimes two ads in a row? Here's a tip: Ad overload makes games unenjoyable. People are more likely to pay for a full version of a fun game than to simply remove annoying ads. Your ads literally destroy this game. Not to mention the impossible deals and unbalanced scoring. There are other "less pretty" solitaire games out there that don't drown you with ads. I'll go with one of those instead.
The best game for a quick session

Even after a couple years this remains my go-to game for a short round in line or waiting for the train. I’m not a huge poker player — I’m not even good at it — but there’s something so satisfying about this formula.

I love the graphics, the concept, the ui, the whole package - except I can’t ever win! Now I don’t expect a namby-pamby gaming experience, that feeds me the false wins and warm fuzzies, but I mean that I have NEVER cleared the deck... and that’s just frustrating. I’m not like others that accuse Zach of maliciously stacking or leveling the deck with this intent, but I’m wondering if a tweek is in order for us mortal players? Thanks so much for all your contributions to the gaming world, man!
Could be better with loosened rules

This game has a lot of potential, but it’s just too hard to clear the board to win the game. The rule I most have a problem with is the one where you have to select cards from more than one row. If that rule was eliminated it would be more fun to play. The scoring is also seriously flawed. In Vegas scoring it’s very difficult to clear enough cards to earn money. The multiplier system is far too stingy.
