Increase the accuracy and speed at which you collect and process employee time worked on a construction project by having employees or supervisors submit time worked remotely via an iPhone or iPad to Sage Construction Anywhere, a cloud-based collaborative solution that helps teams keep construction projects moving. Using this app, employees and supervisors can quickly and easily log employee time worked, the type of time worked (e.g., overtime), and link entered time to the activity performed on the job (cost codes) or to non-job related items like safety meetings, vacation or sick time. Notes can also be included as needed. Once submitted, supervisors, project managers and payroll administrators can review and approve time submitted via Sage Construction Anywhere and then electronically share approved time with Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate (formerly Sage Timberline Office) to jump start payroll and job costing processes.

First page at start up is log in. How can you log in without a user name and password?

Logging hours now became something of breeze. No more paper work and in and out in a 1 min for weeks worth of time. Like how it keeps me logged in for a longer period of time in new version.

Good but not great looking for more updates

I really like this app and the concept and the price. I really like that it links to my accounting software so there is no redundancy in entering payroll. The problem I am having is that my production crew has to have an almost perfect connection for it to work most of the time and there have been some bugs that need to be worked out. Some suggestions. I would like to see this app use actual clock time of the day to enter time rather than just put in how many hours, (ex. Framing from 1:00-2:00, NOT Framing 1 hour). I would also like to see an option to make rule when submitting a time card like checking off one of two statements (ex. I have not had any injury today and have not witnessed anyone else be injured on the job OR I have been injured or have witnessed a job related injury). We have not tried the new update yet and am looking forward to the improvements.

Creating initial account

Why is it impossible to actual create an initial account after downloading the app? I looked at the video on how to set it up but nowhere on the app, when it opens, can one do that. I also tried 'sign in' that didnt work either but I figured that. Oh well, good luck - nothing like making an app 'user friendly' these days. We won't be using it EVER! Huge waste of time

This program proved from the get go to be difficult to set up, difficult to use, and difficult to maintain. My guys in the field all dislike using the app. Adding time is a pain and involves several redundant steps. Even the desktop interface for in the office is a nightmare. I have sent the company many recommendations to improve the software and have heard nothing in reply. The only redeeming quality of this program is the very helpful tech support which I assure you, you will be calling many times. A serious interfaceupdate is needed before I would consider this program. I urge you to reconsider and chose another application to track time and documents. This program is only going to give you headaches.

This had been working well for how we use; record time with cost codes and submit to payroll. The app no longer will save entries for batch submissions "internal server error". This is becoming quite cumbersome with a large crew and varied tasks. Please repair ASAP as I do not have another alternative as this is a corporate subscription.
