New update unreliable

After the recent update it says I’m connected but nothing will work. Then the app won’t even open to close it out. Too bad. This used to be a good app q
Horrible billing integration

Used the app for a few months and every time I had a problem where my money would be deducted and yet the account blocked. I then had to initiate a dialog with their support to get the issue resolved and most of the time was asked to reinstall the app. I finally gave up and unsubscribed. But no, the issue was still not over. This time again I was charged although their website correctly mentioned my account’s status to be expired. Filing yet another complaint, they simply asked me to request the refund from Apple. I am still waiting on a resolution. Overall, extremely poor billing integration that they are unable to resolve despite repeated issues.

I originally got SaferVPN to stream British programming when traveling but it no longer works for that.
