It may not be a pretty app, but it works great. Smooth and easy. Takes me just a few seconds to get the code to log on to my work VPN.
It functions just fine.

Nothing special. Would give it 5 stars if it had touch support and if I didn't have to select the name of the token each time I use it. I only have 1 token. Shouldn't it know which one I want to use? Click fatigue has set in.

As others have said, I have one token. Why do I have to choose which token I want to use every single time. Seems like it would be easy enough to default that information in. I have to use this app 10-20 times per day and it drives me insane. IT IS LITERALLY ONE THING THAT WOULD CHANGE THIS FROM 1 TO 5 STARS.

No frills, no default accounts, ugly icon and app design, no push integration.
Basic Functionality Lacking

This app is in major need of an overhaul. UI is dated and bad. No support for iPhone X or Apple Watch. No integration with third-party, two-factor authentication apps (such as Authy). Please bring this app up to modern standards!
