Always network failure

Can’t see policy or bill half the time due to network failure error. Safeco app is the only app experiencing network issues on my iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Finally an app I can use to maintain my account myself

Can’t print or email ID cards

The app no longer allows one to print or email ID cards (proof of insurance). It only allows them to be viewed or sent to Apple Wallet. This is not very useful.
