Decent but flawed

If you’re imagining there’s an app that will give you total peace of mind and keep your kids safe, using their devices within limits while allowing you to monitor their traffic and location you’re going to be disappointed. I’ve tried many solutions and SafeLagoon is among the better ones from a feature perspective but still deeply flawed. Like most it requires an app to be installed on the child device and another on the parent device to manage everything. The Android parent and child apps are okay although the child app can be pretty easily defeated by a determined kid (especially one with friends or access to the internet). The iOS parent app is super buggy IME so I’ve mainly used the browser-based console. It isn’t nearly as responsive as a native app but you can do most of what you need and it generally works pretty well. The problem with this app and many like it is that there are vulnerabilities and the vendor just isn’t responsive enough in closing them. I’ve reported a few and while they’ve fixed one or two over time, there’s one in particular that I reported months ago which allows a child to completely disable the app. Bottom line, if you cannot trust your child and they are determined, there’s really no sense in paying for this app for a false sense of security.

Promises great features but does not deliver on IOS which looks like a common problem on IOS. Middle of set up got into a loop or redirect. Works better on Android plus you have a lot more options there

It works just the way it should and is easy to use. The best side benefit to using this app is that it blocked all the garbage and phishing that my kids got into through surfing the net. Highly recommend to parents!

this game is great. it was what my son needs. My 5 year old son. he loves to use their smartphone. I thought he would be safer with this application. I can manage my son was doing in the smartphone. it is great. he will learn many interesting things that are not so much forbidden. Thanks the author
Just what we were looking for
Tween Mom (Gasp!)
If your child got a phone for Christmas like ours did, you need this app! It lets you monitor their internet and social media usage, as well as calls and texts. Of course, we've only been using the app for one day, but so far so good. I don't see any reason we won't be purchasing it when the trial is over.
