Lost everything after update

I used to love this app. It was super simple. It had two accounts. It let you keep everything private or look like it was public and you were not keeping anything super sensitive. I would have happily given it five stars. After the update I lost over 200 pictures, multiple videos, and some small documents. I even paid for the premium version. Sad to say but I will have to deal with the loss and find another app.

I uploaded SO many important pictures to this app and lost everything. It was fine at first- maybe an update did this? I recently tried to open the app and it just won't open at all. DO NOT get this app or put any important photos in it- it might work at first but it will definitely lose everything if you give it time. Seriously- go with a different app. I'm so upset by this but I doubt the company can do anything about lost photos.

At the beginning when this app first came out was good until they did an upgrade and lost all of my photos which cannot be replaced. No customer support. Only received emails stating They cannot do anything and my photos are gone forever. BE SMART AND LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT APP.

Loveee the safe folder. Has a pattern lock to keep your private stuff safe. It's a must have if you have kids who play in your phone

I paid money for this app, and your going to remove features which I paid and try to charge a yearly subscription to get the same features? Also your greedy update deleted all photos and videos I had. You said you would release a fix to this by January. 4 months later, nothing.
